This is market research towards the commercial market for small businesses who are able to service and provide consumables Hewlett Packard (HP) Multi-Functional Devices. The purpose of this research is to determine what name brand or what or equal brand of toner provides quality and quantity of copies for these devices, what constitues periodic/annual maintenance and what affects contractor cost to provide service.
