All Responses shall be submitted to the Office of Procurement Operations (OPO) Industry Liaison mailbox at the following email address: opoindustryliaison@hq.dhs.gov no later than 4:00 pm Eastern Time, Monday, December 23, 2024. Late responses will be accepted but only responses submitted on time are guaranteed to be considered prior to finalizing an acquisition strategy.
