Business/entity name, CAGE code, and UEI and any contract vehicles such as GSA that your business falls under. 2. State whether you can provide the requirement in accordance with the draft PWS to include all deliverables, key personnel/experience and Period of Performance. 3. Provide a brief description of your business’ capabilities / experience regarding the services specified in the draft PWS. Maximum length: 2 pages. 4. State your small business status, including any SBA certified socioeconomic groups, and provide your primary NAICS code(s). 5. The NAICS code being considered for this requirement is 518210, Computing Infrastructure Providers, Data Processing, Web Hosting, and Related Services.
