The contract structure is anticipated to be a Requirements Contract with an ordering period of five (5) years, in accordance with FAR Parts 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services) and FAR Part 15 (Contracting by Negotiation). Geographic Distribution The selected contractor must have the logistical capability to deliver, assemble, and perform inside-delivery installation/disposal at Marine Corps Districts (MCD), subordinate Recruiting Stations (RS), and remote Recruiting Substations (RSS) throughout the continental United States (CONUS). Requirement: Offerors will be required to present a fully assembled, physical display of their proposed furniture package for hands-on, destructive, and non-destructive testing and inspection by the Government’s Technical Evaluation Board (TEB). Location: To optimize competition, MCRC is willing to travel to the offeror’s permanent commercial showroom, factory warehouse, or a localized dealership facility to conduct this physical evaluation.
