A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This requirement is to provide Annual Subscription to RS Means Online to include; online access to RS Means Cost Estimating Software, online access to support 10 user accounts and online access to the full RS Means library. Period of Performance: April 25,2024 to April 25,2025. Interested firms may submit information that indicates their ability to satisfy this requirement.
