## Description

1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

2. This combined synopsis/solicitation is for the procurement of "Brand Name" Dell server components.

3. Dell server components that meet all the salient physical, functional, or performance characteristics specified in the attached Combined Synopsis/Solicitation M68909-24-Q-7607.

4. Item(s) must be acquired from an authorized Dell reseller and the Government requests vendors provide the information requested in the attached Combined Synopsis/Solicitation M68909-24-Q-7607.

5. In accordance with FAR Part 13.106-1(b), the brand name Dell server components are essential to ensuring compatibility with the Dell servers that the Government previously procured.
