Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source Marine Corps Field Contracting System, Marine Corps Forces Reserve, New Orleans, LA hereby gives notice of intent to award a sole source contract to 4K Solutions, LLC, 11255 Rambling Trl, Midland, GA 31820, under the authority of FAR 13.106(b)(1) Only Soliciting from a single source. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct competitive procurement.
