The requested services shall assist in analyzing, designing, developing, implementing, evaluating, and coordinating and executing training and education concepts. The incumbent for this effort is Solers Research Group Inc. under contract M67854-22-D-8001. All responsible 8(a) sources may submit a proposal, which will be considered by the Government.
