The HC ECH utilizes a high-edge cut ballistic shell with a carbon epoxy-edged trim, advanced retention and suspension systems, and a modified Night Vision Device (NVD) retention bracket to accommodate a retention strap. The Government plans to award an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Sole Source contract. The planned period of performance consists of a base year with two (2) one (1) year ordering periods from the date of contract award. The anticipated solicitation release date is January 2026. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency.
