It is the intent of the Government to process this procurement under FAR 15, Contracting by Negotiation, and to ultimately award a single, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract as a result of the forthcoming solicitation.
