## Description

The Theater Battle Management Core Systems (TBMCS) is the joint-mandated air war planning tool for generation, dissemination, and execution of Air Tasking Orders (ATO), and Airspace Coordination Orders (ACO). This RFI constitutes market research to help the Program Manager (PM) Marine Air Ground Task Force Command and Control (MAGTF C2) formulate an acquisition plan/strategy to obtain services for software development and sustainment services.

The attached draft high-level Performance Work Statement (PWS) describes scope of work required to develop, analyze, integrate, deliver, support, and manage software applications for the Theater Battle Management Core Systems (TBMCS) software engineering effort. The TBMCS Capabilities Summary describes the operation and system requirements for TBMCS.
