## Description

The Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM) intends to issue a sole-source modification to increase the maximum dollar value under Contract M67854-22-C-0025 with RADA Technologies, LLC 20511 Seneca Meadows Pkwy Ste 100, Germantown, MD, 20876-7003, for non-personal services for life cycle management support for the AN/TPS-59(V)3 Radar System. The maximum dollar value is being increased to support ancillary operational tasks necessary to respond to emerging Tactical Ballistic Missile capabilities.

An initial synopsis was released on 12 January 2022; no valid written responses were received. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals. No solicitation is available for competitive bidding, however interested parties may submit a statement of capability for satisfying this requirement. Any responses must be received no later than 4:00 PM, local time, 2 October 2024 to be considered. No telephonic requests will be accepted.

All communications shall be in writing to the Contract Specialist, Dominique Barr, and will only be used to consider whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Proprietary information shall be clearly identified as such and will be protected.
