Description of Requirement The upcoming requirement is for commercial tactical training support services. The scope of work includes: Airlift Support: Providing DoD Commercial Airlift Review Board (CARB) approved aircraft configured for High-Altitude High-Opening (HAHO) and High-Altitude Low-Opening (HALO) parachute operations, utilizing a rear ramp exit, and capable of operating up to 14,000 feet Above Ground Level (AGL).
