The contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, equipment, means of transportation, and a supervisor at all times necessary to accomplish this service. The contractor is to guarantee all work, which includes fixing any discrepancies that may occur at no extra cost to the Government. The contractor shall complete the tasks listed in the Performance Work Statement.
