As the DTS coordinator, they will possess the knowledge required to ensure fiscal responsibility and accountability in support of high operational requirements. One individual will be provided by the contractor for the OS who will serve a critical and vital role in ensuring MAWTS-1 meets Commandants Planning Guidance (CPG) with regard to exercise design and execution in terms of quality, schedule, and cost/price. OS is equally critical in ensuring service continuity within the senior leadership of the Operations Department. Both PS and OS will be required to resolve a variety of conventional flight training problems, questions and situations. This contractual effort will enable MAWTS-1 to sustain and improve its quality of training.
