## Description

Marine Depot Maintenance Command Production Plant Barstow has a requirement for a purchase of Omax Water Jet with options, accessories, workstation, and freight. The Requiring Activity has conducted market research and found only one vendor that can provide this Omax Water Jet. Market research was conducted and revealed Phillips Corporation Federal Division, (Cage Code: 3MPQ0) was the only company that could meet the necessary system requirements. Phillips Corporation Federal Division is the only authorized distributor for these Omax machines.(Please see attachment) A sources sought was conducted and revealed there were no other companies capable of providing the required items.
