This procurement is for the repair of an AV/VTC system. The applicable NAICS for this requirement is 811210 per the Performance Work Statement. ITG, is the sole provider of the requested services due to custom programming and they hold the uncompiled source code. Therefore, the government intends to procure this supply on a sole source basis from ITG. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which, if received within four (4) calendar days after the date of the publication of this notice will be considered. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
