The period of performance will be a one-year base period and four one-year option periods, to begin on June 1, 2026. It is the Government’s intention to issue a firm-fixed-price contract in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 561210 - Facilities Support Services. The Government intends to award it on a Best Value basis. The award will be issued on an all-or-none basis. The Government will solicit and award the contract using simplified acquisition procedures. This synopsis is not a request for quotes. Solicitation #M6700126Q0052 will be posted on or about 5 days after this posting and made available on the Contract Opportunities Portal located at www.sam.gov.
