It is the Government’s intention to issue a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The proposed acquisition will be 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set aside. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 334210 Telephone Apparatus Manufacturing. The Size Standard is 1,250 in number of employees. The Government will solicit and award this contract using FAR Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services). This pre-solicitation notice is not a request for quotes. Solicitation M6700126Q0008 will be posted on or about fifteen (15) days after this posting and made available on the Contract Opportunities Portal located at www.sam.gov. It is the responsibility of the offeror to continually view the website for the solicitation and any amendments.
