DLA is the Department of War's (DOW) single manager for document services, including leased Multi-functional Devices (MFDs). Due to the extended Government shutdown at the beginning of Fiscal Year 2026, multiple activities were unable to provide the necessary funds required for them to keep their in-place MFD’s and DLA-sourced support services.
