Due to the extended Government shutdown at the beginning of Fiscal Year 2026, multiple activities were unable to provide the necessary funds required for them to keep their in-place MFD’s and DLA-sourced support services. Consequently, numerous periods of performance ended on 1 April 2026. To maintain operational continuity and bridge services until the next fiscal cycle's period of performance, DLA issued a temporary exception to policy.
