This solicitation is for a contract to establish a secure, web-based Software as a Service (SaaS) subscription for a modernized armory tracking system. The system is intended to streamline operations, maintain accurate custody tracking of assets, and ensure strict compliance with Marine Corps inventory standards.

**Key Requirements and Scope:**

**Contract Type:** A firm-fixed-price contract for commercial services.

**Contract Period:** One (1) 12-month base period with two (2) subsequent 12-month option periods.

**Scope:** Provide a turnkey AATS solution delivered as a web-based SaaS platform. The scope includes software licensing, secure cloud setup, data migration, personnel training, and continuous technical support as specified in CLINs 0001 through 2001. The system must be FedRAMP Moderate or High authorized and support real-time asset tracking, digital check-in/check-out, and automated receipt generation.

**Evaluation Factors:** Quotes will be evaluated based on Price, Technical Capability, and Past Performance. This is a Competitively Sourced procurement set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) under NAICS code 513210.
