This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement is Small Business set aside under NAICS code 541512 size standard of $30,000,000.00. An Offeror’s submission of a quote does not constitute a contract or authorize work to begin.
