The Government will solicit and award this contract using FAR Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services) and FAR subpart 13.5 (Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services) procedures. This pre-solicitation notice is not a request for quotes. Solicitation M6700125Q1070 will be posted on or about fifteen (15) days after this posting and made available on the Contract Opportunities Portal located at www.sam.gov.
