A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct competitive procurement. Requirement is for one (1) Monster Wash Press part number MWP0018; one (1) Screen Assembly; twelve (12) Straight Brush Assemblies part number MWA0160-0188-P-SS; and twelve (12) Disk Brush Assemblies part number MVAO-1202-P-SS manufactured by JWC Environmental.
