Market research has revealed that Spectro Analytical Instruments Inc., the original equipment manufacturer (OEM), is the only source capable of providing the required services, the software and specific hardware. Therefore, the government intends to procure these services on a sole source basis to Spectro Analytical Instruments Inc. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which, if received within five (5) calendar days after the date of the publication of this notice will be considered. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
