EEO Support Services The Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Services contract aims to provide comprehensive support to ensure equal employment opportunity, prevention of discrimination, and resolution of workplace disputes in accordance with federal laws and regulations. This contract supports Marine Corps Installation East Bases: Camp Lejeune, Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, Marine Corps Logistics Base Albany, and Marine Corps Air Station Beaufort in promoting a diverse and inclusive work environment, processing complaints of discrimination, and providing reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with a disability. All services shall be completed remotely. This requirement is 100% set aside for Women-Owned Small Business. It is the Government's intention to issue a single firm-fixed-price contract. The proposed acquisition is for full and open competition. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 541612 - Human Resources Consulting Services. The size standard for this requirement is $29 Million.
