Must be double sided along with being double and triple stitched and back-stitch and over-stress point. Pouch closure system consists of 2.4 inches by 6.5 inches. Flap with 2 inches by 4 and ¾ inches hook and loop and pull tab. Magazine pouch contains an elastic strap to securley hold magazine in place. Utilizes the Pouch Attachment Latter System (PALS) that is coyote brown or tan. We prefer to award this contract to a Small Business.
