However, any information received within fifteen days after the date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. Information in response to this notice must be addressed in writing via e-mail to Victor J. Stamps, Contracting Officer, at Victor.J.Stamps@usdoj.gov. no later than 11:00 am CST on September 18, 2026. No phone calls regarding questions will be accepted and will not receive a response.
