## Description

**IMPORTANT:** The Government is currently in a period of lapsed appropiations. The Government’s obligation to make payment under this contract is contingent upon the enactment of a Continuing Resolution or Appropriations Act providing sufficient funds. Payment will be delayed until either of these enactments.
