## Description

The purpose of this amendment is to formally descope and adjust the requirements of this solicitation in accordance with the revised government needs. The Performance Work Statement has been updated to reflect these descoped requirements. Solicitation is hereby extended to August 17, 2026 at 4:00 PM EST.
