The preventative maintenance service is to be rendered quarterly on each machine for a total of 28. The Contractor may be requested to perform diagnostic and over and above repair trips to return equipment to a fully operational status. The Technical Point Of Contact (TPOC) has the authority to authorize three (3) diagnostic trips per year if needed. Additional trips must be authorized by the Contracting Officer in writing.
