The Government intends to make a single Firm Fixed Price award to satisfy this requirement. Award will be made on the initial evaluation of quotes received in response to this RFQ. Therefore, quoters are cautioned to ensure that initial quotes contain your best terms from a technical and price standpoint. Questions shall be submitted by email no later than 2 days after issuance of the solicitation to the email address listed below. No phone questions will be accepted. The deadline is necessary to ensure timely award and the Government may, in its sole discretion, choose not to respond to questions received after the deadline.
