## Description

The purpose of this contract is to provide Catholic Marine Corps recruits at Marine Corps Recruit Depot (MCRD) San Diego with comprehensive pastoral ministry and spiritual services, fostering an environment that supports the free exercise of religion as guaranteed by the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.
