An updated PWS has been attached to this solicitation to reflect answers to vendor questions. A copy of all questions and answers has also been attached.

Marine Corps Base Hawaii (MCBH) has a requirement for specialized training during our CORVUS Dawn Training Excercise. Please be sure to review the instructions to offerors starting on Page 28 of the Solicitation. Any questions regarding this contract will be due by 24 January 2024 at 12:00 PM HST See the attached solicitation for instructions on how to fill out the solicitation and return it by the closing date (01 FEB 24 12:00 PM HST).

Please indicate your response to 52.204-24 REPRESENTATION REGARDING CERTAIN TELECOMMUNICATIONS AND VIDEO SURVEILLANCE SERVICES OR EQUIPMENT starting on Page 23 regarding weather you do, or do not, provide the restricted telecommunications equipment as part of this solicitation. Please address the specialized requirement in paragraph 4.2.1.8 and how your company will satisfy that requirement. Ensure that you have reviewed the solicitation in its entirety and fill out boxes 17a, 30a, 30b, and 30c. Then return to the following email address: boo.c.rochester@usmc.mil
