## Description

The Marine Corps Base Hawaii (MCBH) Qualified Recycling Program (QRP) is issuing an invitation for bid on the sale of scrap brass (expended small arms cartridge casings) located at MCBH Kaneohe Bay, HI. This sale requires the buyer to coordinate pick up of the material. See the attached Invitation for Bid M0031825BRASS1. Bids must be submitted by email to the MCBH QRP Manager, patrick.crile@usmc.mil and to Alternate QRP Manager, jacquelyn.bomar@usmc.mil, with the buyer's $/lb. no later than the bid close date/time of May 30th, 2025 at 09:00 AM HST. All bidders will be notified of the results once the bid window closes.
