## Description

Amendment U0001 to the solicitation has been uploaded. Changes to the PWS have been highlighted in yellow and typed in red text. Questions and Answers have also been upladed for reference. The due date for offers has been extended to 26 June by 1200 PM HST. Marine Corps Base Hawaii has a requirement to survey beaches located on MCBH, Marine Corps Training Area Bellows (MCTAB), and Pu'Uloa Range in order to detect active sea turtle nests via detection dogs utilizing the Cloacal Fluid method.

Please review the Instructions to Offerors starting at Page 23 and ending on Page 24 for submission requirements. All questions will be saved until June 14, 2024 and answered after 1200 same day.
