## Description

This is a Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract in accordance with the procedures outlined in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)

**Part 12 and Part 13. Description of Requirement:** Defense Services Organization (DSO), Judge Advocate Division (JAD) has a requirement for a conference space with break-out rooms and audio/visual accommodations for the DSO Worldwide Training event to be held in Phoenix, Arizona from 13-18 September 2026 . These spaces and services must be within walking distance of the Doubletree Suites by Hilton Phoenix. See attached sole source determination document for a more complete description of the requirement.

**Intended Sole Source Vendor:** The Government intends to award this contract on a sole-source basis to:

Phoenix, AZ Capability Statement Submission: All interested and responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which the agency will consider.
