## Description

This is a notice of intent to award a sole source firm fixed price contract using Far Part 12 and 13 Procedures. The Perforamnce Work Statement will be attached. The Government intends to award on a sole source basis to:

**Outdoor Odyssey:** 450 Boy Scout Rd Boswell, PA 15531, under the authority FAR 13.106-1(b), the circumstances of the contract deem only one source reasonably available. All interested and/or responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
