Intended Sole Source Vendor The Government intends to award this contract on a sole-source basis to: Marine Corps Association 715 Broadway Street Quantico, VA 22134 Justification for Sole Source: The Marine Corps Association is the publisher and exclusive provider of advertising space within Leatherneck magazine and The Marine Corps Gazette. Market research indicates that while other military publications exist, they cater to a broader military audience and do not specifically target the unique Marine Corps demographic required for this recruiting effort.
