## Description

This is a notice of inent to award a sole source firm fixed price contract using FAR Part 12 and Part 13 Procedures. Supply/Service needed: PEPQ Answer Sheets with demographics (PK/25) from Part Number: 764D IPAT - Institute for Personality and Ability Testing, Inc. and Protective Services Report PLUS - OnSitePro Part Number: 770OS. The government intends to award on a sole source basis to:

Institute for Personality and Ability Testing, Inc. 11590 N Meridian ST STE 220, Carmel, Indiana 46032-6955, United States. under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). The circumstances of the contract action deem only one source is reasonably available. All interested and/or responsible sources may submit a capabiltiy statement, prorposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
