## Description

The Marine Corps is seeking information on an industry expert in marching arts drill design is required to produce the D&B’s drill design for the “Music in Motion” program, to provide in-person consultation on the development and implementation of the “Music in Motion” program, and to provide clinic opportunities to give professional level education to Marines.
