THE ACTION RESULTING FROM THIS SYNOPSIS WILL BE A FIRM FIXED PRICE CONTRACT/PURCHASE ORDER. QUOTERS MUST SPECIFY THE MOST SOON AS POSSIBLE SERVICE COMPLETION DATE.
