Qualifications: Familiarity with Sibelius music writing software, Apple Logic Pro 11, Apple MainStage 3, Omnisphere, Komplete Ultimate, and Sensory Percussion 2 Software. Possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in music. Experience working as an audio engineer for FloMarching or similar marching band livestreaming services. Experience as a collegiate-level professor for music technology. The government intends to award on a sole source basis to: Matthew Jordan, 7800 Shady Beach DRWhitmore Lake, Michigan 48189 under the authority FAR 13.106-1(b), the curcumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonable available.
