Update- 1/10/25, 2:46 PM, Eastern Standard Time (EST) Please see Amendment 0002- The purpose of this Amendment 0002 is as follows:

1.)To provide vendor questions and government responses; 2) To update the RFQ to clarify PWS requirements and Sections 52.212-1 and 52.212-2 and CLIN 0003 (Meeting Space).

Update- 1/10/2025- Please note- SAM.GOV is creating technical issues with the ability to update the due date details in this post, however, please see below for Amendment 0001 details. The purpose of this Amendment 0001 is as follows:

1.) Extend the due date for vendor responses from January 10, 2025, 10:00 AM, Eastern Standard Time (EST) to January 14, 2025, 11:00 am. Eastern Standard Time (EST) ; 2.) Another Amendment 0002 will be forthcoming to address vendor questions and government responses.

The Marine Corps Installations – National Capital Region (MCI-NCR) has a commercial requirement for Coordinator services to find and secure 60 hotel rooms, and a meeting space, for the 2025 Superbowl Events. Please see the attached RFQ, M00264-25-Q-0019, for further details and quoter instructions.
