This requirement is for the maintenance and help desk support to provide management and technical services for the migration of the KE EMu software to the Google Cloud, upgrades to the latest version of KE Emu (EMu) Software, customer help desk support, onsite consulting, user training, and client modifications for twenty-two (22) Government owned user licenses. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. Interested firms may submit information that indicates their ability to satisfy this requirement. All responsible sources may submit a response which if timely received, will be considered by the Agency. The Period of Performance will be for 5 Years starting July 1, 2025. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 518210.
