## Description

This is a notice of intent to award a sole source firm fixed price Firm Fixed Price contract using FAR Part 12 and Part 13 Procedures. Supply/Service needed: one (1) day rental of concert hall for Marine Corps Band Concert performance (date: 23 March 2025) including ticket set-up, labor, screen and projector, lighting, pianorental, patron parking. The Government intends to Award on a Sole Source Basis to:

Strathmore Hall Foundation, INC., 5301 Tuckerman LN, Rockville, Maryland 20852, under the authority FAR 13.106-1(b), The circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonable available. All interested and/or responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
