## Description

This is a notice of intent to sole source a procurement under FAR subpart FAR 19.1506 Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB). The Marine Corp Training and Education Command (TECOM) Marine Corp Junior Reserve Officers Training Corps (MCJROTC). This requirement is for ribbons and rank insignias for the MCJROTC progem Milbar Plastics, Inc. is required to be utilized. The USMC Regional Contracting Office (RCO) – Marine Corps Installations-National Capital Region (MCI-NCR) at Marine Corps Base, Quantico VA intends to award a sole source contract to Milbar Plastics Inc, 441 Leeroy Dr Corona, CA 92879, in accordance with FAR 19.1506 Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB).
