## Description

This is a Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Firm Fixed Price FFP contract using FAR Part 12 and Part 13 procedures. Supply needed: two (2) Yamaha B-flat trumpet (Yamaha YTR-8335IIRKG-LN Bb Trumpet Serial #566952 and Yamaha YTR-9335NYSIII Bb Trumpet Serial #D86154) and one (1) Yamaha C trumpet (Yamaha YTR-9445NHSIII-YM C Trumpet Serial #D81518). The Government intends to Award on a Sole Source basis to:

Washington Music Sales Center Inc, 11151 Veirs Mill RD, Wheaton, Maryland, 20902, under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonable avaliable. All interested and/or responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
