## Description

The United States Marine Corps requires a service that provides collective licensing services of copyrighted materials for academic users. This service will be used to grant the Marine Corps University non-exclusive rights for its students, faculty, and staff to use copyrighted materials for curriculum development and delivery in an academic environment.
